1. General Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products and design services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Custom Products: Because our products are customized based on your specifications (such as custom logos, text, or images), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are personalized or made to order unless there is a defect or an error in the customization.

  • Bespoke Design Services: For bespoke design services, we aim to ensure that the final design meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the initial design concept, we offer a revision process. Refunds for design services are not available once the final design is approved and the project is completed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or a refund.
  • Errors in Customization: If there is an error in the customization of your product (e.g., a mistake in the text or design), we will work with our supplier to correct the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Custom Products: Non-customized products may be eligible for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unused and unopened condition, and the request is made within 14 days of receipt.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@iqdesignshop.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
  3. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Defective Returns: In cases where the return is not due to a defect or error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or an error occurred during customization).
  • Bespoke design services once the final design is approved and the project is completed.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in unused and unopened condition. If an exchange is requested for a custom item, it will be processed as a return and a new order will need to be placed.
