Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing IQ Design Solutions. We take pride in delivering high-quality graphic design services and custom-designed products tailored to your specifications. Due to the creative and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final, and refunds are strictly limited to exceptional circumstances as outlined below.


1. No Refunds for Design Services

All design services — including, but not limited to, logo design, branding packages, custom graphics, event invitations, flyers, brochures, and signage — are non-refundable once any work has commenced.

We offer a structured revision process to ensure you are satisfied with the final result. By placing an order, you acknowledge that design services involve significant time, skill, and creative labor and are therefore not eligible for refunds under normal circumstances.


2. Limited Refunds for Physical Products

Refunds or replacements for custom or printed products (e.g., merchandise, signage, printed cards) are granted only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was approved.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

  • The issue is validated upon review.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Typos, design errors, or omissions that were present in the final proof you approved

  • Incorrect file submissions or specifications provided by the customer


3. Non-Custom Products

If we offer any non-custom, pre-made products, these may be eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to an error on our part.


4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

To request a refund under the eligible cases above:

  1. Email hello@iqdesignshop.com within the timeframe specified (7 or 14 days, depending on the item)

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable)

  3. Wait for our review and instructions — if your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.


5. Return Shipping

  • If we are at fault (defect, damage, or wrong item): we will cover return shipping costs or send a replacement at no cost.

  • If you are requesting a return for any other reason: return shipping is your responsibility, and the item must be received in its original condition.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • All digital and design services (after project start)

  • Approved or finalized custom designs

  • Customized or personalized physical products (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Any service or item not explicitly listed as refundable above


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered for custom or personalized products. If eligible, a defective product may be replaced with the same item after review. For all other requests, a new order must be placed.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.
