  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for custom work, including any required text, images, or design elements.

  • All services and products are made to order and tailored to your specifications. As such, they cannot be resold or reused.

  • Product offerings and availability may change without notice.

3. Order Process & Payment

  • Placing an Order: Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

  • Payment: All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We do not store or access your credit card details.

  • Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Final charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For physical product orders:

  • Fulfillment: We partner with trusted suppliers to fulfill custom merchandise and print orders. Products are shipped directly from these partners to you.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., shipping carrier issues, weather, customs).

  • International Orders: We ship worldwide. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required in your country.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Key points:

  • Design Services: All design services are non-refundable once project work has begun.

  • Custom Products: Custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly produced. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if production or design work has not yet started.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete contact, order, and customization information.

  • Ensure that any content you submit for customization (e.g., logos, graphics) is legally owned or licensed by you.

  • Refrain from uploading or transmitting any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through our platform.

  • All content on our website — including visuals, branding, layouts, and text — is the intellectual property of IQ Design Solutions and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
